Basic Obedience Program

Individualized Training for you and your dog

Basic obedience training is for dogs who are over 6 months old and have had little to no formal training or for dogs that have had past formal training that didn’t stick.

We want your dog to fit easily into your lifestyle and programs are customized based on your specific goals.

The Basic Obedience program covers

  • Name recognition

  • Sit, down

  • Stay (impulse control) long duration

  • Place/stay: go to a designated place

  • Come when called

  • Greeting guests at the door

  • Polite (loose) leash walking (“heel”), match your pace

  • No (Stop unwanted behaviors)

  • Going public places such as parks, restaurants, etc

We come to you!

The basic obedience program consists of 5 60-minute lessons in your home or neighborhood.
